§1 General provisions:
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") define the rules of use of the Customers from the Internet Store www.sat-link.pl and in particular regulates:

terms of concluding and performing sales contracts;

terms of service provision by electronic means;

the principle of using the Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason;

rules and procedure of complaint proceedings.

1.2. Definition of terms used in the Regulations:

Client - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality who uses the service provided electronically by the Service Provider who wishes to conclude or enter into a sales contract with the Seller;
Consumer - a natural person performing a legal transaction with a trader not directly related to his or her business or profession;
Order - expressing the Customer's willingness to conclude an agreement. Correct delivery of the Order by the customer results in receipt of the email address of the message during the order / registration. [SAT-LINK] Confirmation of Order (§ 3.7 of the Regulations);
Service provided by electronic means - free service consisting of: keeping the account of the Customer (in the case of registered customers), providing the Customer with the order form (in case of placing orders by unregistered customers). In case of doubt, the service provided by electronic means shall also be deemed to be any activity which the Service Provider will perform in order to properly handle the processes specified in the first sentence;
Registration - creation of the Customer's Online Shop. You must complete the registration form to register. Correct filling of the registration form will result in the sending of an automated e-mail message informing the Account Activation
Price - the price the store customer will be obliged to pay for the selected products in the event of a sale agreement. Price may be expressed in the following currencies: Polish zloty (PLN). The quoted price is the gross price (including the necessary VAT). Prices in the online store do not include shipping costs, which are indicated in the traction order placement in the Store. The Seller warrants that the price indicated during the order submission will not change during the execution of the sales contract concluded on the basis of the order placed.
Delivery - entrusting by the Seller of products intended for the Customer to third parties for their delivery. The seller is obliged to pack and insure the shipped products. 1.4 The Internet Shop customer may be a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the service provided electronically by the Service Provider who wishes to conclude or enter into a sales contract with the Seller.
1.5 Order is only available in Poland. To place an order for a shipment abroad, please contact the seller individually.
1.6 Prices in the Internet Shop are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT (gross prices). Prices do not include shipping costs, which depend on the method of payment and delivery. The customer is informed about the costs of delivery during the order submission.
1.7 Unless expressly stated in the commercial information, the goods available on the Internet Shop are new and the person responsible for their possible physical and legal defects is

§ 2 Provision of services by electronic means:
2.1 As part of running an Online Shop, the Service Provider is obliged to provide services by electronic means within the scope and under the terms set out in these Regulations.
2.2 Providing the Service Provider by electronic means is free of charge.
2.3 Terms and conditions for providing the Services by electronic means:
2.3.1. Client Account Service:
An agreement for the provision of electronic services consisting in keeping a Client's Account in the Internet Shop is concluded at the time of registration.
To make a Registration you will need to provide the following information in the registration form: Customer Name, E-mail Address, and Password.
The Customer who has registered has access to additional options available through the Customer Account, such as the order history, the ability to check on the stage of execution, the order placed, and the possibility of receiving information about news and promotions (if marked with "Subscribe to Newsletter").
The contract for the provision of electronic services, consisting in maintaining the Account, is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
2.3.2. Interactive service form:
An electronic service contract providing an interactive form that allows you to place an Order on the Internet Shop is concluded when you start using the Service (adding a Product to your shopping cart).
An electronic service contract providing an interactive form enabling the Order to be placed on the Internet Shop is concluded for a fixed period of time and is terminated when the Order is placed.

2.3.3. Newsletter service:
Service contract by electronic mail The newsletter is concluded when you enter the e-mail address in the "Newsletter" section of the e-mail and click on the "Subscribe" field, or when the customer has checked the box (check-box) at the time of registration. , agreeing to the service of the Newsletter.
Contract for the provision of electronic services The newsletter is signed for an indefinite period of time.
2.4. Terms of Service Termination for Electronic Services:
2.4.1. The Customer has the right to terminate the Service Agreement electronically at any time by the Service Provider at any time (eg, deleting the Customer's Account). The contract is terminated without any additional costs and without giving reasons:

2.4.1.1. Termination of the contract can be made by sending the appropriate declaration to the e-mail address linboxpl@gmail.com or in writing to the Service Provider (indicated in the introduction of these Terms and Conditions).

2.4.1.2. The agreement in such case expires 7 days after the Service Provider has received notice of termination.

2.4.2. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the service contract by electronic means within 7 days of notice if the Customer provides content of an unlawful nature.

2.4.3. Termination and termination of the agreement does not entail the loss of rights already acquired by Customers using the Seller's Online Store.
2.4.4. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the service contract by electronic means within 14 days of its conclusion (see § 7 of the Regulations).
§3 Conclusion of the contract of sale
3.1. The customer has the following options for ordering:
a) placing an order after a pre-registration in the Internet Store system;
b) submitting an order without registration. "fast shopping";
3.2. Placing orders by registered customers of the Online Shop consists in adding the relevant goods to the online shopping cart. In case all items we find in the basket are ordered, we will need to place an order for that purpose

3.3. In the case of "quick purchases" (§3.1.b) of the Regulations), after clicking on the product, click the "add to cart" icon, then you can continue shopping or click the "go to cart" icon and purchase. The customer will be asked to complete their contact details, billing details, invoices and shipping details.
3.4. In the course of placing the orders referred to in pt. 3.1 of this Terms and Conditions Customer is required to provide data that is true.
3.5. When ordering, it is necessary to confirm that you are familiar with these regulations.
3.6. The order is placed when you click on the "payment order" button, or in another equivalent form.
3.7. Once the order has been received by the Online Shop system, an automatic message confirming receipt of the order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
3.8. The order, which has been confirmed by the Internet Store System (§3.7 of the Regulations), constitutes an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 § 1 of the Civil Code and is the basis for concluding the sale agreement between the Customer and LINBOX DIGITAL EUROPE JURKIEWICZ JUSTYNA ul. 3.9. The order submitted by the Customer and not confirmed by the Seller within 48 hours ceases to bind him.

3.11. A sale agreement is deemed to have been concluded at the moment the Customer receives a message from the Seller confirming that he / she has entered the order (message referred to in item 3.10 of this Regulation)
3.12. The customer can cancel or modify the order, for this purpose:
a) contact the Seller by phone;
b) contact the Seller by email;
c) using the Customer Panel (only for registered customers)
3.13. Orders are handled by the Customer Service Department of the Online Shop on working days, ie Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, from 8am to 4pm.
3.14. Commercial information provided on the Internet Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Civil Code, but they are invitations to tender, even if the information includes the unit price of the goods.

§4 Payment, delivery, receipt
4.1 Payment
4.1.1. Under the contract of sale the customer is obliged to pay the price indicated in the order and the cost of their shipment.
4.1.2. The price of individual goods presented in the Internet Shop is the gross price expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN), including also the applicable tax on goods and services at the applicable rate. The prices quoted do not, however, include the cost of any shipment, which will be indicated during the order.
4.1.3. Payment is made in the form selected by the Client:
a) cash - payment on collection
b) non-cash:

4.1.4. The price shown on each item is binding at the time the Customer submits the Order. This price will not change regardless of the price changes on the Internet Shop, which may appear on individual items after the Customer has placed the Order.
4.2. Supply
4.2.1. Orders submitted by Internet shop customers are completed by the Seller within 3 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract in accordance with §3 item 10 of the Regulations. The time required to complete the subject of the order is the time of completion.
4.2.2. The shipment of ordered goods takes place exclusively at addresses located on the territory of Poland. To place an order for a shipment abroad, please contact the seller individually.
4.2.3. In the absence of a different agreement, the Seller undertakes to execute the subject matter of the contract within no more than thirty days after the buyer has made a declaration of will to sign the contract (§ 3.7 of the Regulations).
4.2.4. The delivery time depends on the method of delivery / acceptance of the goods selected by the Customer and should not exceed 7 working days from the moment of conclusion of the sale contract in accordance with § 3.10 of the Regulations.
4.2.5. The Seller entrusts delivery of goods to third parties conducting business in this field: POCZTEX courier Poczta Polska
4.3. Pick up the goods
4.3.1. The Seller informs that the Customers have the right to check the status of the shipment after delivery to the place indicated in the order. Checking the status of the consignment is entitled before receiving it from the carrier.

4.3.2. In case when it is found that it was damaged or lost, the carrier is obliged to immediately determine the status of the shipment and the circumstances of the damage. However, in most cases, the Carrier performs these activities at the request of the person entitled to receive them.

4.3.3. The seller informs that if after the delivery of the consignment the person will notice the loss or damage not noticeable from the outside, he shall have the right, immediately after the disclosure of the damage, but not later than within 7 days after the receipt of the consignment, require the carrier to determine the condition of the consignment .

4.3.4. In case of any problems or doubts, please contact the Seller at the numbers indicated on the Seller's website.

§ 5 Personal data
5.1. Filling in the Order Form is equivalent to agreeing to the Seller's personal data processing by the Seller and an entity authorized by the Seller to manage the content of the Website, which is an integral part of the Online Shop, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 229, item 1497 as amended). Personal data of the Ordering Party will be processed to fulfill the order, including invoicing and financial reporting. These data are confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.

5.3. Personal data of the Ordering Party are protected by the Data Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the above mentioned Data Protection Act and will not be transferred, resold or lent to other persons or institutions that are not entitled to it. Personal data of the Ordering Party will be made available to fulfill the contract of sale of the Products covered by these Terms and Conditions.
5.4. Access to personal data only has a Data Administrator who is a Seller.
5.5. § 6 Complaints

6.1. Complaints concerning the purchased goods:

6.1.1. The seller is liable to the Client in accordance with the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other generally applicable laws.
6.1.2. When purchased by the customer, the goods are incompatible with the contract or have defects, it is necessary to inform the Seller and, if necessary, deliver the advertised goods to the Seller at:

6.1.3. It is advisable to file a complaint in writing or by email to linboxpl@gmail.com. In order to speed up and facilitate the process of complaint processing, it is recommended to send along with the complaint any additional information such as order number, sales date etc.

6.1.3.1 The complaint shall be examined promptly, but not later than within 14 days.

6.1.3.2. The complaint response will be sent to the address given by the Client or in other manner indicated by the Client.

6.1.3.3. The Seller hereby informs that in the case of Products covered by the warranty and warranty of the right to do so shall be performed in accordance with the conditions stated in the warranty card. Guarantee for the sale The product does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights under the Seller's liability to the extent specified in the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
6.1.4. In order to facilitate the complaint procedure, the Consumer may use the complaint form provided by the Seller.
6.2. Complaints related to the provision of electronic services through the Online Shop:

6.2.1. Complaints related to the provision of services by electronic means through the Internet Store should be submitted to linboxpl@gmail.com or by post to the following address:

6.2.2. In order to facilitate and accelerate the handling of the complaint, it is recommended to include in the message referred to in point 1 information such as email address, date and type of irregularity, and contact information.

6.2.3. Consideration of the complaint related to the provision of services by electronic means shall be made immediately, not later than within 14 (fourteen) working days.

6.2.4. The complaint response is sent to the Customer's e-mail address or to any other method provided by the Customer.

§ 7 Withdrawal from the contract

7.1. A customer who is also a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), which concluded a distance agreement, may withdraw from it without giving a reason by submitting a relevant statement within 14 ( fourteen) days. It is enough to send a statement before it expires. The statement can be sent to the following address:

7.2. The fourteen day period during which the Consumer may withdraw from the Sale Agreement or the Service Agreement by electronic means shall be counted from the date of delivery of the Product in the case of the Sale Contract, and when the contract is for the provision of the Service by electronic means - from the date of its conclusion.

7.3. The seller immediately sends the consumer a letter confirming receipt of the abovementioned notification upon receipt of the withdrawal notice. statements.

7.4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract - the Sales Contract or the Service Agreement by electronic means is not considered. What the Parties have provided is reimbursed unchanged, unless the change was necessary to establish the nature, character and functioning of the thing, or §7.7. Regulations. The refund should be made immediately, no later than 14 (fourteen) days.

7.5. The Seller will return the payment received from the Consumer using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another way of reimbursement, which does not involve him at no cost. The Seller may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the Consumer until the item has been returned or delivery of a proof of return by the Consumer, whichever occurs earlier.

7.6. The consumer only bears the direct costs of returning the item to the Seller.
7.7. If the Consumer chooses to provide items other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to return to the consumer the additional costs incurred by him.

7.8. The consumer bears the responsibility for reducing the value of the goods resulting from the use of it in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7.9. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in the following cases:

7.9.1. to provide services if the trader has performed the full service with the explicit consent of the Consumer, who has been informed prior to the commencement of the service that, upon fulfillment of the service, the trader loses the right to withdraw from the contract;

7.9.2. The price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader does not exercise control and which may occur before the expiry date of the contract;

7.9.3. the subject of which is an unspecified item, made to the consumer's specifications or catered to his individual needs;

7.9.4 where the subject matter of the provision is a deteriorating item or has a short shelf-life;

7.9.5. the item is delivered in a sealed package which can not be returned for health or hygiene reasons when the package is opened if the packaging has been opened after delivery;

7.9.6. the subject matter of which is the provision of goods which, by their nature, are inseparably linked to other things;

7.9.7. Alcoholic beverages, whose price has been agreed upon at the conclusion of the sale contract, and whose delivery may take place only after 30 (thirty) days, and whose value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no control;

7.9.8. in which the consumer explicitly requested the trader to come to him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the trader provides additional services other than those requested by the consumer or supplies other than spare parts necessary for repair or maintenance, the consumer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract for additional services or items;

7.9.9. the subject of which is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery;

7.9.10. providing newspapers, periodicals or periodicals, except for subscriptions;

7.9.11 entered into by public auction;

7.9.12. providing services in the field of accommodation, other than for residential purposes, carriage of goods, car rental, catering, leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events if the contract indicates the day or period of service;

7.9.13. to provide digital content that is not recorded on a material medium if the performance of the benefit has begun with the consumer's explicit consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period and after informing the trader of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

7.10. At the latest at the time of delivery of the item, the Seller shall provide the consumer with notice of withdrawal on the durable medium.

§ 8 Additional information

8.1. In order to avoid any discrepancies or errors, it is recommended that the equipment with which the customer uses the shop, www.sat-link.pl. They meet at least the following technical requirements, which are necessary for cooperation with the IT system used by the Service Provider:

8.1.1. Computer or other mobile device with Internet access.

8.1.3. Active plugins - JAVA, FLASH

8.1.4. Monitor resolution of 1280 x 800, 24 or 32 bit color

8.1.5. Customer's e-mail account.

8.2. Information for the shop's customer www.sat-link.pl how can he check whether the order placed does not contain errors and how to correct them:

8.2.1. When ordering, until the button "payment order", or other equivalent formulation, the customer has the opportunity to change the entered data (eg kind / quantity of goods / delivery method). In case of nonconformity, please refer to the displayed messages and the information available on the website of the Online Shop and its subpages. In case of any problems or difficulties please contact linboxpl@gmail.com or telephone at +48 502964326 (standard fee according to the appropriate operator).

8.2.2. In accordance with this Regulation, after sending an order, the e-mail address will be sent automatically confirming receipt of the order. The content of the message will also specify all necessary information about the order (email message referred to in § 3.7 of the Regulations). In the case of Customer error regarding the entered data (eg quantity of ordered goods, wrong calculation of the Order by the system), the Customer has the right to change the order. This right is granted within 2 hours of receipt of the receipt of the Order on working days to. 14:00, and in other cases within 12 hours of receipt of the above confirmation. When the order is corrected, the seller sends an e- Mail to the address given in the order in which the confirmation of the corrected Order is received.

8.3. Principles and methods of preserving, securing and making available to the other party the contents of the contract concluded:

8.3.1. Consolidation, securing and making available the content of the contract is as follows:

8.3.1.1. By sending to the Customer the e-mail address of the contract.

8.3.1.2. By printing and passing on to the customer along with the receipt or delivery of the order specification and the purchase receipt.

8.3.2. The content of the contract is additionally fixed and secured in the Seller's teleinformatic system and communicated to Clients at their request.

8.4. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the law of the Republic of Poland, including the Civil Code, of the Law on Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended); the consumer rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

8.5. Changes to the rules:

8.5.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, which will be notified to Customer by 14 days in advance of the date of entry into force of the changes. Changes will also be made explicit by posting on the website of the Online Shop and sending it to the registered e-mail address of the registered customer. In addition, the Customer will be asked to accept the new Terms and Conditions before submitting the Order.

8.5.2. The amended regulations will be binding on the Client if the requirements specified in Art. 384 of the Civil Code (ie the Customer has been properly notified of the changes) and the Customer has not terminated the contract for the provision of electronic services of a continuous nature within 30 days.

8.5.3. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will not in any way affect the rights acquired by Customers using the Online Shop before the date of entry into force of the changes, in particular will not affect the submitted and / or executed orders. In such case, these orders will be executed on the basis of the rules set forth in the previous regulations.

8.6. Contract of sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in Polish language.

8.7. A Consumer in the event of a dispute with the Seller has the opportunity to use non-judicial means of dealing with claims and claims. The consumer may include:

a) apply to a standing consumer arbitration court acting at the Trade Inspection for a settlement of a dispute arising out of the concluded Sale Agreement.

b) apply to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection for the initiation of mediation proceedings on the amicable settlement of the dispute between the Customer and the Seller.

c) obtain free assistance in settling disputes between the Customer and the Seller, using the free help of the county (municipal) consumer advocate or social organization, whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (eg Consumer Federation, Polish Consumer Association).

8.8. Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer who are not simultaneously a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction for the seat of the Seller
